Assalamualaikum

My name is Liana and I'am from somewhere in Sabah which is not so important for you to know right? hihi. Have you ever heard "Oh My English" anywhere before? I do sure that you have! Unless you dont have astro or you dont go to school. I mean, your teacher or friend would surely have said it once or twice right? Okay I know that you dont get me. Its okay anyway. Like, who cares???! o.O

Before I proceed further, let me tell you something about my qualification. Alright? Actually I dont have a degree in TESL. NOT YET! but, soon insyaAllah. Now I'm taking foundation in TESL in Gaya Campus. Isn't that cool huh? Actually its not that cool. Just okay~ =,=!

But what ever it is, It is my pleasure to share on WORD CLASSES today. What is word classes? Oh, no worries. Its as easy as ABC.

Type of word classes(basically) :

1. NOUN - in malay, noun is KATA NAMA. Chair, car, house, information so on and so on..

2. Verb - adalah kata sifat.. Walk, Talk, Read, Dance, Watch and etc..

3. Adverb - okay. ni ada complicated sikit. Tapi basically, words yang ada "-ly" d hujung tu adalah adverb..
                   Example: Angrily, happily, sadly, sally, melly.. okay! SALLY and MELLY tu bukan
                   ADVERB. Memandangkan itu adalah nama orang (wlaupn dgn "-ly" d hjung), itu
                   merupakan noun(kata nama). Okeh? Dont get confuse!

4. Adjective - Adjective is something that modifies noun! Please take note. An Adjective will always
                     come BEFORE a noun!
                     Example : pretty, big, small, red, black, colorful. . . .
                     Usage of adjective : I buy a red bag.
                                                   - I(subject) + buy(verb) + a(determiner) + red(adjective) + bag(noun)
                     See?? adjective wujud sebelum noun! untuk describe clearly about the noun!

5. Pronoun : She, he, I, we, they, us, you. . so simple..
